A13 Bionic chip is the advanced chip developed by Apple. Apple designed their CPU for better performance.  A13 Bionic chip is the successor of A12 Bionic chip. This A13 Bionic chip features in the latest version of iphone 11, iphone 11 Pro and iphone 11 pro max. In A13 Bionic chip will be very fast and smooth. In fact Apple says this chip is the fastest in CPU, GPU performances. Also has faster neural engine. There are ML Controller and cool ML 3. 

Next generation neural engine works well. CPU Core upgraded to Octa core in A 13 Bionic chip from hexacore in A12 Bionic chip. Also number of Transistors now 8.5 billion ( A12 Bionic chip had 6.9 billion)
